Shipping and Return policy
**Shipping Timeline:**
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase.
- Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.
**Delivery Timeline:**
- Once your order has been shipped, please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected.
**Shipping Costs:**
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order.
- Free shipping may be available for orders above Rs.499. Please refer to our website for current promotions and offers.
- For order value below Rs 499, we charge a nominal fee of Rs.70 as shipping fee.
- We also offer Cash on delivery at an additional cost of Rs.50
**Tracking Your Order:**
- Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- You can track the status of your order using the provided tracking number on our website or through the designated carrier's website.
**Order Modifications:**
- If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, modifications may not be possible.
**Damaged or Lost Shipments:**
- In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.
**Returns:**
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
**Exchanges:**
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
**Refunds:**
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
